In our therapeutic journey, I may draw from a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Transactional Analysis (TA), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based practices as well as others. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and preferences, with the aim of equipping you with practical tools and insights that foster growth and resilience.
